Creasy featured at Drag Race Central
Drag Race Central's Jim Samuel just posted a feature on Dale titled, O, Canada... Why Dale Creasy Jr. Likes it North of the Boarder. The article recaps the 2006 championship run for the Torco Race Fuels Nitro Funny Car team.
"It will always be fun to reminisce about the 2006 season," Creasy said from the Torco Race Fuels shop in Michigan about his first championship season. "But, right now we're gearing up for 2007 season. We've got a brand new chassis rolling in here, a brand new Monte Carlo body and a Chevy Impala body that should be ready the first half of the season."
"Evan [Knoll] has given us the best tools to work with," Creasy added. "This Torco hot rod is going to be ready, heck it has to be. That Torco logo on the side of the car looks like a bullseye to everyone gunning for us. We know it will be a fight to defend this championship, but we're ready."
The IHRA season opens for the Torco Race Fuels Nitro Funny car team March 23-25 at the Amailie Oil Texas Nationals in San Antonio. The Torco team is also expected to participate at NHRA's ACDelco Gatornationals, March 15-18.
